This 5" spring tension hoop is composed of a plastic ring and a metal tension ring with squeeze bars. The metal tension ring fits into the grove in the plastic ring when the spring tension clamp is squeezed together, which eliminates the need to tighten any screws, just pinch the handles and then release to hold the fabric. Useful for a variety of needle crafting projects including hand embroidery, cross-stitch and more.
