Certainly NOT for resin casting.
I purchased this silicone mold because it was the same type of silicone used in resin casting molds. Even the store helper told me so. I went home cast the resin and let it set the proper time. All looked great but removing the resin changed everything. The molds tore and shredded like wet tissue paper in a rainstorm. Very thin material. And cheaply made. I have to think that just a few backings of food will end the same way. Love Michaels but truly hate this product.
