With Porcelaine 150's dimensional china paint outliners, decorating your household china, or any porcelain, tile, metal, ceramic, and glass surface is easy. These water based, nontoxic outliners were developed to create unique relief effects and to contain Porcelaine 150 paints. They are completely removable until baked in a kitchen oven. This paint mimics the appearance of true glazed ceramics.
