Paint your frame. To make the outdoor snow scene, paint the top portion (sky) light blue and the bottom portion (snow) white. Let dry.

Add white paint splatters (or dots) of white paint over the sky portion of the frame for snow. To make splatters, mix some white paint with water so the paint is thin. Dip your paintbrush into the mixture, then tap the paintbrush against your finger/hand while holding it over the frame. To make dots, dip a pencil point or the end of a paintbrush into white paint and press it onto the frame.
TIP: You can also glue white sequins onto the sky for snow.

Trace the tree pattern onto green felt and cut out. Trace the trunk pattern onto brown felt and cut out. Glue the pieces onto the frame.

Brush some white paint onto the tree to add "snow" to the branches.
